Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and [Company legal name], [Registered office address] ("TeamTrack", "we", "us"). They apply to the TeamTrack apps for iPhone and Android and to myteamtrack.com (together, the "Service"). By creating a workspace, accepting an invitation or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you use TeamTrack on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business, and "you" includes the business.
The Service
TeamTrack lets businesses assign and track work, record team attendance with location, share updates and calculate payable amounts from daily rates. We may improve, change or remove features over time. If we remove a feature that is central to a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.
Workspaces and accounts
- Each business has its own workspace and Account ID. The person who creates it is the admin and is responsible for who is invited and what roles they receive.
- You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use TeamTrack.
Responsibilities of businesses using TeamTrack
- Telling your team. Before your team uses attendance with location, you must inform them how TeamTrack is used and obtain any consent required by law.
- Pay calculations. Payable amounts shown in TeamTrack are calculated from the rates and attendance entered in your workspace. They are a convenience, not payroll, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for paying wages correctly and meeting labour and tax laws.
- Lawful use. You must use TeamTrack in line with applicable laws, including employment and data protection laws.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing or that you have no right to share;
- try to access workspaces, accounts or data that are not yours;
- interfere with, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, except where the law allows;
- use the Service to send spam or to harass anyone;
- resell or provide the Service to others without our written permission.
Your content
You keep ownership of the tasks, comments, photos, videos, voice messages and other content you add ("Your Content"). You give us permission to host, store, process and display Your Content only as needed to run the Service for you. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to share it.
Plans, billing and renewals
- TeamTrack offers a Free plan and paid plans (currently Starter, Growth and Enterprise). Plan limits and prices are shown on our pricing section and in the app.
- Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose (monthly or yearly), in Indian rupees, through Razorpay. Prices include or exclude GST as shown at checkout.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. New prices apply from your next billing period.
- If your workspace goes over the limits of its plan, some actions may be paused until you upgrade or reduce usage.
- Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Our intellectual property
The TeamTrack name, logo, apps, website and software belong to us or our licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is active. Feedback you send us may be used to improve TeamTrack without any obligation to you.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using TeamTrack at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts other users at risk or is required to be closed by law. Where reasonable, we will give notice first and a chance to export your data.
Disclaimers
We work hard to keep TeamTrack available and accurate, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for every purpose. Location accuracy depends on the device, network and settings.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, TeamTrack is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to compensate TeamTrack for claims, losses and costs arising from Your Content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your breach of law, including employment and data protection law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [City, State] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have as a consumer under Indian law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for significant changes, notify admins in the app or by email. If you keep using TeamTrack after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
