- Tasks: task type, assignee (user or supervisor), description, up to 4 photos, one video up to 45 seconds, and a voice message
- Task status: Pending, In progress, Resolved; filter by status and task type; reassign; comments; share to WhatsApp; call the assignee
- Dashboard: total, in-progress and completed tasks, recent tasks by type
- Task types: Meeting, Follow-up, Review, Documentation, Delivery, Repair, Cleaning, plus custom types with optional Hindi and Malayalam names

Second: attendance and proof of showing up
- Each person marks Present, Leave or Half day once a day; location is saved; the entry is locked after saving; only people marked Present can change task status
